Shipping policy
*Holiday Shipping: While we can’t ever guarantee delivery by a specific date, we do suggest any online shipping orders be placed by December 17th for a possible Christmas arrival via regular ground shipping. Any date after that is up to luck or Santa!
Due to increased order volume, many of our shipping partners are experiencing delays and it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Please check your order status for the latest shipping and tracking info.
We appreciate your patience as our teams work to safely and quickly ship your order.
Shipping Policies
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders can ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We use either First Class or Priority Mail when shipping USPS. You will receive a tracking number to the email you provided for your shipment
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Body Mind & Soul is not responsible for resending the order. If the package is returned to Body Mind & Soul by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Though we are very sorry your items didn't reach you, Body Mind & Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note that if you are making a return or getting a refund on an already shipped order, your credit will be less any shipping costs. Returned items are at your own expense. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding.
Standard Shipping Prices
Standard Shipping:
FREE standard shipping with your purchase over $38.5 *excluding select oversized or heavy items.
Purchases under $38.5: A flat rate of $3.89, all items will ship with standard shipping, excluding select oversized or heavy items.
Oversized and Heavy Shipping:
For oversized or heavy items, we have a flat rate of $10 to cover the additional shipping costs. If your selected item falls in this category then the appropriate Oversized and Heavy Shipping cost will automatically be applied during checkout. These items are not eligible for our Free Shipping offer.
Expediated Shipping Option
Expediated Shipping: $15
We use USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Overnight which should arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

In-Store Pick-up Policies
In-Store Pick-up order can be claimed during our normal business hours at our physical location in Houston, TX.
Any orders left unclaimed after 6 months will be marked as abandoned and not eligible for a refund.
